Nowadays, speeches have become an important way for people to exchange ideas, share knowledge and experience. Whether it is an academic conference, an annual meeting of a company, or an educational lecture, speeches play an indispensable role. However, with the increasing frequency of speeches, how to efficiently and accurately record and manage speech information, as well as the attendance and speech duration of speakers, has become a major challenge for organizers. To this end, we have developed a speech management application that integrates speech information management, attendance record and timing functions. It solves the pain points of speech organizers in information management, and also improves the overall efficiency and quality of speech activities through digital means.
